In this role, you will be a go-to resource for employees, providing day-to-day HR support, leading hourly recruiting, and driving engagement initiatives that make our workplace positive and productive. What Drives Success Support a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, compliance, and employee relationsPartner with hiring managers on recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidatesAssist managers with job evaluations and organizational structure updatesInterpret HR policies and provide guidance to employees and leaders on workplace mattersConduct employee relations activities, including investigations and exit interviewsFacilitate new hire orientations and support onboarding initiativesAnalyze HR data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendationsSupport and advise leaders on employee relations best practicesContribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiativesProvide guidance and support to junior HR team members as neededMake a measurable impact on hiring, retention, and employee engagement.Join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.Contribute to meaningful projects that drive real change in our organization. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to manage clerical and administrative responsibilities with high accuracy and efficiency.Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting.Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; intermediate PowerPoint and MS Office skills.Bilingual in Spanish is a strong advantage. What We Offer This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $63,000 to $85,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan.
