Job Description

Overview

The HR Generalist at Reciprocity Industries supports day-to-day human resources operations and serves as a resource for employees and managers across key HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, compliance, training, onboarding, and benefits. This role assists in promoting a positive and compliant workplace, requiring a detail-oriented and approachable individual capable of managing multiple priorities.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations
  • Assist with employee relation issues and preliminary investigations
  • Support compliance with employment laws and recordkeeping
  • Partner with leadership to maintain a respectful workplace culture
  • Support recruitment efforts, including job postings and candidate screening
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
  • Assist with performance management processes and training programs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
  • Participate in the review and development of HR policies

Required skills

  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
  • Experience in supporting recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
