Overview

The HR Generalist at CFS will play a pivotal role in a growing manufacturing organization, focusing on people operations, recruitment, and employee development. This position offers an opportunity for high visibility and direct impact on the company culture and workforce support.

Key responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting to support growth initiatives and close skill gaps
  • Build strong relationships across the workforce to foster trust and accountability
  • Serve as a reliable payroll backup across multiple business units
  • Assist with onboarding, benefits enrollment, and employee support
  • Maintain accurate HR data using Paylocity, E2, and Excel
