General Purpose The HR Compliance & Program Administrator is responsible for overseeing and executing key HR operations tasks related to compliance, employee programs and internal reporting. The role ensures accurate tracking and reporting of critical processes, including drug and alcohol testing, EEO reporting, background checks, and more. This role compiles, organizes, and summarizes data from multiple sources; monitors/tracks processes to ensure their execution within defined parameters. Responsibilities Prepare and submit monthly compliance reports related to drug and alcohol testing and EEO issues.Serve as the Drug and Alcohol Testing Program Lead, coordinating all random and post-accident testing. This position will also advise and alert the Talent Acquisition team for pre-employment testing.Act as a Background Check Lead for NERC CIPS compliance, ensuring accurate and timely execution and documentation.Maintain and update the discipline database, ensuring compliance with company policy and audit readiness.Monitor and report on employee phishing failures including providing disciplinary action recommendations to management based on policy and partnering with IT/Security for training follow-up.Serve as the HR Company Intranet page update lead, maintaining accurate and engaging internal HR content.Monitor and manage multiple HR inboxes, providing timely and professional responses or routing to appropriate staff.Identify opportunities for improving service delivery methods, and review with appropriate management staff to implement.Tasks include interface with all levels of management, and internal and external customers.Serve as a backup to process bills, pay invoices and complete expense reports in accordance with company policy and procedure.Perform other office administration functions for multiple managers and individual contributors as needed to include, filing, generating correspondences and reports, data entry requirements, travel arrangements and invoice processing.Train less experienced employees in the team.Perform other duties as assigned.Lead the exit interview process, including scheduling and analyzing trends for leadership reporting.Track and coordinate the employee recognition award program, including nominations, selection and communication.Manage education reimbursement requests and processing, ensuring alignment with policy and timely employee reimbursement.Act as a lead to ensure compliance with required posters for both internal and external legal requirements. Requirements Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Management or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 3 years of related Human Resources or customer service experience.Demonstrated experience in:Attention to detailAbility to identify and prioritize multiple work tasksAbility to analyze problems, identify and present solutions with minimal guidanceAbility to work independently on high visibility, high priority tasks including compliance with federal, state and local lawsThe ability to work with all organizational levels as a team member to ensure that key information is communicated to peers and management in a clear and timely mannerProficient use of personal computers including spreadsheet, database, word processing and presentation applications to compile, maintain, and present informationAbility to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. Preferences General knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local governmental laws and regulations which govern human resources activities.PHR Certification.SAP Experience.Knowledge of company and departmental policies, procedures, and practices.
