Overview

HR Administrator Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 Why This Opportunity Join a collaborative Human Resources team where you'll play a key role in supporting both HR operations and payroll administration. HR Admin Key Responsibilities Process biweekly payroll, including new hires, terminations, pay changes, deductions, garnishments, audits, reconciliations, and payroll reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Coordinate all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HRIS maintenance, promotions, transfers, leave administration, and terminations. Administer benefits activities including new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, open enrollment support, workers' compensation, and employee inquiries. Maintain accurate employee records within Paylocity, prepare HR and payroll reports, support compliance initiatives, and ensure audit readiness. Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR and payroll questions while providing administrative support for HR programs, vendor payments, employment verifications, and internal initiatives. HR Admin Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Human Resources Operations, Payroll Administration, or a related HR support role. Experience processing payroll and working with HRIS/payroll systems (Paylocity preferred), along with strong Excel skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information in a deadline-driven, compliance-focused environment.
