The Housing Specialist I will have responsibilities in both Fleet Management and Property Management. Fleet Management: The Housing Specialist I will manage EMKAY, updating system daily, reviewing, and approving repair orders, watching cost for fleet maintenance, and assist with fuel cards. They will track and review monthly vehicle inspections, retrieving data through EMKAY for ALL CCS vehicles. The Housing Specialist I will handle all DMV and DEQ paperwork submissions, including Titles and Registrations.Property Management Leasing and Maintenance:The Housing Specialist I will coordinate applicant referrals from internal and external partners; screen tenants for eligibility and prioritize housing placements. They will facilitate completion of rental agreements and other required forms for new tenants. The Housing Specialist I will check, monitor, review, and close maintenance work orders in the system as needed and generate invoices, track labor hours and update appointment notes as necessary.Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day) What You'll Make$21.00-$23.00 per hour DOE/CredentialsAdditional 5% Language differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates.ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.What You'll NeedClerical or office experience (personal or professional) is preferredBasic working knowledge of Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software is required. Driving is an essential function of this position. Successful applicants must provide a valid driver's license from their state of residence or obtain and submit one within 30 days of hire, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check. This position requires the ability to frequently sit, walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally use ladders, squat/kneel, use basic tools, and perform other physical tasks as applicable including minimal cleaning tasks; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
