Overview

Milton Hershey School (MHS) is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in Hershey, PA. This role involves providing care, supervision, and guidance to a group of students in a structured environment, supporting their academic and personal development.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students
  • Manage household routines and schedules
  • Administer medications and ensure student wellness
  • Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational activities
  • Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel
  • Oversee budgeting and household reporting

Required skills
