Overview

Milton Hershey School (MHS) is seeking married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents in Hershey, PA. In this role, couples will provide guidance, care, and support to students in a structured and nurturing environment, fostering their academic and personal development.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students
  • Manage household routines and student schedules
  • Administer medications and ensure student wellness
  • Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational activities
  • Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel
  • Oversee budgeting and household reporting

Required skills

  • Experience working or volunteering with youth
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid U.S. driver's license
  • Ability to lead students in daily devotions
