Overview

Milton Hershey School (MHS) is seeking married couples to work as Full-time Flex Houseparents in Hershey, PA. These individuals will live on-campus and provide care, guidance, and supervision for a group of students, creating a supportive environment that fosters their development.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students
  • Manage household routines and student schedules
  • Administer medications and ensure student wellness
  • Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational activities
  • Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel
  • Oversee budgeting and household reporting

Required skills

  • Experience working or volunteering with youth
  • Couples must be legally married for at least two years
  • Ability to lead students in daily devotions
  • Valid U.S. driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
