Overview

Grand Villa of Deland is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team. This role involves ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff in a healthcare or senior living facility.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility
  • Address and resolve any resident or staff concerns related to housekeeping services
  • Collaborate with management to improve operational procedures
