Overview

As a Housekeeping Aide at Marriott International, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of guest rooms and public areas. This position requires a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, addressing requests promptly, and adhering to safety and security procedures.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas and guest rooms.
  • Deliver guest requests and set up furniture as required.
  • Remove items from hallways and transport to service areas.
  • Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment.

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests, addressing their needs.
  • Support team efforts to meet common goals.
