Grouchy Grizzly LLC is seeking an experienced Hourly Restaurant Manager to oversee operations in Whitefish, Montana. The role involves ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of quality, and maximizing profitability while leading a dedicated team in a dynamic restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Set performance goals and provide guidance to staff.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to promote team cohesion.
  • Oversee daily operations ensuring exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels and control costs for profitability.
  • Implement hygiene and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
  • Evaluate and improve operational processes for efficiency.
  • Engage with guests to enhance dining experience and address concerns.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct menu tastings and oversee food presentation and quality.
  • Handle customer complaints diplomatically.
  • Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and operations reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Experience with Toast (POS), Hot Schedule, Microsoft Office Suite, Paylocity, Restaurant 365, and Plate IQ
