Overview

Grouchy Grizzly LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Hourly Restaurant Manager to oversee operations in Whitefish, Montana. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of quality, and maximize profitability while leading a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Set performance goals and expectations for staff
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to promote teamwork
  • Oversee daily operations for seamless service
  • Monitor inventory levels and control costs
  • Implement high cleanliness and safety standards
  • Evaluate and improve operational processes
  • Ensure a welcoming dining experience for guests
  • Address customer feedback and menu improvements
  • Engage with customers to build rapport
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions
  • Drive sales strategies and achieve financial targets
  • Conduct regular menu tastings
  • Manage inventory and purchases
  • Prepare and submit operations reports

  • Title 4 Manager Certification
  • Valid Food Handlers Certification
  • Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
  • Experience with Toast, Hot Schedule, Microsoft Office Suite, Paylocity, Restaurant 365, and Plate IQ
  • Previous restaurant management experience preferred
