Overview

Myer Hospitality is seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant to join their guest services team at the Best Western Center Point Inn in Branson, Missouri. The role involves welcoming guests, managing bookings, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage room bookings in-person, online, and via phone
  • Answer inquiries about available rooms, amenities, room rates, and rewards programs
  • Ensure accuracy of hotel guest account information
  • Check guests in and out, providing correct keys and room numbers
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure accommodations are ready
  • Field customer complaints when necessary
