Overview

The Hospitality Management Internship in Food and Beverage at Six Flags Great Adventure offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience in the Hospitality Management field. Interns will learn about both Back of House and Front of House operations while delivering exceptional meals and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

  • Sell food and beverages at various locations
  • Take and fill orders while multitasking
  • Prepare and assemble food items using industrial cooking equipment
  • Handle and serve a variety of food products
  • Process orders correctly at the Point of Sale
  • Dispense and sell alcoholic beverages
  • Set and stock tables and restaurant areas
  • Perform cleaning and equipment maintenance tasks
  • Ensure readiness for daily operations and manage inventory
  • Monitor costs and ensure compliance with health and beverage laws
