Baptist Health is seeking a Hospitalist Physician to join their Regional Float Pool team in Northeast Florida. This role offers the opportunity to practice across six hospitals, providing a diverse range of experiences and strong collaboration among specialists while contributing to community health.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide patient care across six hospitals
  • Collaborate with specialists and support staff
  • Utilize Epic EHR for patient management
  • Engage in community-based healthcare initiatives
  • Maintain a 7-on/7-off work schedule

Required skills

  • MD/DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Active or eligible Florida medical license
  • DEA license
  • 5+ years of hospitalist experience preferred
  • EHR proficiency
