Overview

Niktor LLC is seeking a compassionate Hospice Primary Registered Nurse for a 12-week travel contract at HopeWest Hospice in Grand Junction, Colorado. This role features a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic in a scenic region known for outdoor activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide hospice care in patients' private residences, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities
  • Conduct patient assessments and symptom management
  • Coordinate nursing care and interdisciplinary team leadership
  • Ensure reliability and efficiency in patient-related travel

Required skills

  • Minimum 2 years of Hospice or Home Health RN experience
  • Active Colorado RN License
  • Excellence in symptom management and clinical assessment
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
