Overview

The Hospice Patient Care Manager (RN) will lead a high-performing hospice team in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, with a focus on interdisciplinary hospice services, staff development, and regulatory compliance. This in-office clinical leadership role offers autonomy and support, allowing the manager to make a significant impact on patient care quality.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage interdisciplinary hospice services
  • Support staff development and clinical mentorship
  • Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and standards
  • Supervise a team of more than 5 direct reports
  • Serve as an administrative resource for after-hours clinical teams
  • Focus on patient-centered care quality and operational success

Required skills

  • Active Georgia RN license
  • 2-3 years of recent hospice experience
  • Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and compliance standards
  • Clinical management experience
  • Coaching and developing clinical staff
