Key responsibilities

  • Join the senior leadership team for a VITAS service area
  • Ensure smooth clinical, financial, and operational aspects of hospice
  • Support members of the interdisciplinary team including nurses and social workers
  • Coach team members and consult on clinical matters
  • Lead performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience

Required skills

  • Current Registered Nurse License
  • Two years of home health and hospice experience
  • Four years of healthcare management experience
  • Hands-on fiscal and budgetary experience
  • Experience managing a team of leaders
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
