Boem Berry Farms is seeking a Horticulturist Helper in Kingsville, Ontario. This full-time, permanent position involves various responsibilities related to crop management, farm operations, and maintenance, ensuring the effective support of farm activities while adhering to health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in receiving and counting orders
  • Clean and maintain irrigation systems
  • Distribute bios
  • Maintain facility and farm infrastructure
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Plant, fertilize, irrigate, and harvest crops
  • Report any quality or crop issues to Grower
  • Follow company policies and health and food safety procedures
  • Report any incidents at work

Required skills

  • Basic farm knowledge

  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials
