Job Description Job Description Job SummaryWe're looking for organizers who are:Compassionate, kind, and truly love organizingComfortable with both simple tidy-ups and more hands-on, complex situations - while we do handle lots of organizing, unpacking, and beautifying of space, we also do a lot of big decluttering jobs and estate clear-outs, so not everything is always clean and prettyReliable and flexible, with the ability to adapt to our clients' varied needsGeneral AccountabilitiesAvailability: We ask that our team members be available 3-4 days per week, 9:00-4:00, though we do not guarantee that you will be booked that often-especially at the beginning. Due to how we schedule clients, we need organizers who have flexibility and fairly open availability.Weekends: We would love to know if you are open to working any weekends since more and more jobs come up for Saturdays and Sundays.Please let us know what sort of days/hours you would be available. We would also love to see a resume or if you prefer, just send a few paragraphs about yourself-that would be great too! We conduct a three-day trial period, if successful, you move on to 100 hours of paid training. If you pass that you fully join the team. While the job requires being good at organizing, it is more about working well with clients and our existing team. The trial and training periods allow us to see if you will be successful in all of those areas.
