Generations Home Loans is looking for a Home Loan Consultant with mortgage operations experience to provide borrower guidance in a consultative, client-facing role. This position involves working with buyers, agents, and internal teams to explain loan options, manage timelines, and support clients from application to closing.

Key responsibilities

  • Guide borrowers through the loan process using mortgage operations experience
  • Develop referral relationships with real estate professionals and past clients
  • Consult with buyers on loan options, documentation requirements, and financing timelines
  • Communicate proactively with agents, borrowers, processors, underwriters, and closing teams
  • Build a purchase-focused home lending business combining process expertise and client service

Required skills

  • Active NMLS License in good standing
