Overview

Generations Home Loans is looking for a Home Loan Consultant with a financial services background to provide advisory support in a mortgage setting. In this role, you will help clients assess home loan options while building strong referral networks with real estate professionals and other community contacts.

Key responsibilities

  • Apply financial services experience to assist borrowers in evaluating home loan options
  • Build referral relationships with real estate agents and financial professionals
  • Consult with clients on loan structure, affordability, and documentation needs
  • Coordinate with internal lending teams to ensure a smooth borrower experience
  • Represent Generations Home Loans as a trusted home financing consultant

Required skills

  • Active NMLS License in good standing
  • Experience with purchase-focused residential mortgage origination
  • Ability to generate and maintain agent-based referral business
  • Current licensing or eligibility for licensing in CA, WA, OR, UT, or ID
