Key Inspection Services LLC is seeking licensed Home Inspectors to join their expanding team in Western Washington, particularly in the Seattle area and surrounding communities. Key responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough home inspections with precision and attention to detail
  • Utilize advanced tools and technology, including drones and IR cameras
  • Communicate findings clearly to clients
  • Collaborate with real estate agents to schedule inspections
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Complete inspection reports promptly using streamlined software
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Evaluate sewer lines and describe conditions and issues found
  • Possibly provide mold & air quality testing services

Required skills

  • Washington State Home Inspector License (required or in process)
  • Experience using advanced inspection tools and technology
  • Strong communication skills
  • Collaboration skills with real estate agents and clients
  • Proficiency in using inspection software
  • Understanding of sewer systems and inspection
  • Knowledge of mold and air quality testing
