Overview

This position comes with a $15,000 Sign On Bonus and a 15% bonus incentive plan.Position Overview:The Executive Director is directly responsible for the administrative and leadership functions associated with all operations of an Aveanna branch. Additionally, this individual is responsible for initiating and maintaining compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing Home Health Care Agencies, and ensuring compliance with Aveanna's policies and procedures.We are looking for someone experienced in leading a Home Health agency. This person can be a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, or non-clinical.
