Led by Founding Attorney Binoye Jos, Esq., our team is committed to clear communication, ethical practice, and results-driven representation across divorce, custody, support, and related family law matters.Position OverviewWe are seeking a licensed attorney to join our growing team. This role is well suited to candidates ranging from newly licensed attorneys to those with several years of practice experience. Family law experience is a plus but not required - we welcome attorneys who bring strong legal fundamentals, sound judgment, and a genuine interest in family law, and are willing to invest in training the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of family law matters including divorce, child custody, support, and property divisionRepresent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiationsDraft pleadings, motions, and other legal documentsConduct client consultations and maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the life of a caseCollaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case managementMaintain compliance with California Rules of Professional Conduct and firm billing policiesRequired QualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State BarFluency in Hindi, Mandarin/Cantonese, or Spanish in addition to English (required - our client base includes many non-English-speaking families, and language ability is essential to effective representation)Strong written and oral advocacy skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsExperience in family law or related civil litigationFamiliarity with MyCase or similar practice management softwareCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $110,000-$250,000, commensurate with experienceHealth insurance, 401(k) match, State Bar licensing fee reimbursementTo ApplyPlease submit a resume, cover letter, and writing sample Company Description Jos Family Law is a client-focused family law firm specializing in divorce, child custody, support, and related matters.
