Supporting data migration from previous software providers. Providing a positive initial experience to foster long-term customer retention. Serving as the primary point of contact during the initial post-purchase phase. Communicating via phone, email, and web-based tools to provide resources and documentation. Responsibilities: Coordinating pre-employment paperwork and benefits enrollment. Managing training schedules for new hires. Ensuring compliance with company policies.
