Job Description

Overview

Lilly is seeking a High Voltage Electrician - Instrument Technician to support the startup of an advanced manufacturing facility in Lebanon, IN. This position involves servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining critical electric utility systems and instrumentation equipment in compliance with GMP standards while ensuring safety and cGMP compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on 4160 and 480 Voltage Electrical Equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose Electrical Equipment problems to minimize downtime.
  • Install and replace complex electrical equipment.
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on Process Instrumentation.
  • Read P & ID drawings and schematics.
  • Document all work following Good Documentation Practices.

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with 480 Volt switch gear.
  • Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Troubleshooting and installation of various instrumentation.
  • Basic electrical skills and ability to troubleshoot circuits.
  • Experience maintaining circuit breakers and Medium Voltage Switchgear.
  • Ability to read P & ID drawings and schematics.
  • Familiarity with CMMS (e.g., GMARS) and Microsoft Office tools.
