Overview

Britt Medical Search is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for a Cancer Center in Rutland, Vermont. The role involves managing patient care across multiple settings, including the cancer clinic, inpatient, emergency room, and telehealth, working collaboratively with medical and nursing staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage patient care in cancer clinic, inpatient, emergency room, and telehealth settings
  • Provide patient and family-centered care in collaboration with physician and nurse partners
  • Perform clinical evaluations and treatment procedures as required
  • Participate in on-call coverage, one weekend per month

Required skills

  • Master's degree in nursing or graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in oncology
  • Registration with Vermont State Education Department or State Board of Medical Practice
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Unit-specific certifications (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC) as required
