SMART Physician Recruiting is seeking a locum hematology/oncology physician to provide coverage for a client in New York, starting April 2026 and continuing throughout 2027. The position involves day shifts in an outpatient setting with no call duties, dealing mainly with oncology and hematology cases.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide coverage in an outpatient setting
  • Manage oncology (80%) and hematology (20%) cases
  • Perform bone marrow procedures, if applicable
  • Utilize EMR systems, specifically EPIC

Required skills

  • Active New York medical license
  • Board certification in Hematology/Oncology
