Pacific Companies is seeking Board-Certified Hematology/Oncology physicians for an outpatient clinic role in Santa Cruz, California. This position offers consistent daytime hours and strong clinical support, with options for both full-time and part-time locum positions, including a potential transition to a permanent role.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide patient care in a modern Hematology Care Center
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and tumor boards
  • Support patients through survivorship programs and clinical trials
  • Utilize Cerner EMR for patient documentation
  • Work collaboratively with nurse navigators, social workers, and other staff

Required skills

  • Board Certification in Medical Oncology and Hematology
  • Active California medical license and DEA
  • BLS Certification
  • Completion of accredited post-graduate training
  • Clean malpractice and background history
