SMART Physician Recruiting is seeking a locum hematology/oncology physician to provide coverage in New York starting in April 2026 and continuing throughout 2027. The role involves working in an outpatient setting with a focus on oncology and hematology cases.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide coverage for hematology/oncology patients
  • Manage 12-15 patients per day
  • Utilize EPIC EMR for patient documentation

Required skills

  • Active New York medical license
  • Board certification in hematology/oncology
  • Experience with bone marrow procedures (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with outpatient settings
