Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Basic understanding of safety regulations and field operations.Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments.Valid driver's license + good driving recordWillingness to work overtimePass initial and random drug screens, initial agility test & DOT medical examWillngness to submit for background check and MVRPreferred Qualifications:CDL + good driving recordPrevious experience in geotechnical or geothermal or related field work.Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and environmental regulations.Basic mechanical skills and experience with equipment maintenance.OSHA 10 or 30Skid Steer or Mini-Excavator experienceAbility to read and write legiblyResponsibilities:Support the lead driller in operating drilling machinery, including managing drill rods, pipes, and other tools.Monitor drilling fluid levels and assist in mixing and handling drilling muds and additives as required.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drilling site to comply with safety and environmental regulations.Help collect and document geological samples and drilling data accurately for further analysis.Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on drilling equipment to ensure operational efficiency.Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety meetings and training sessions.Compensation details: 20-25 Hourly WagePIf059d4dc7cd5-5377
