Overview

Blue World Pools, Inc. is looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for contract above-ground pool installations throughout Alabama. This role offers a consistent stream of work without the need to bid or chase jobs, allowing operators to focus on quality installations and earning potential.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform above-ground pool installations across Alabama
  • Complete quality installations efficiently
  • Manage a reliable crew of at least one full-time helper
  • Utilize personal equipment for installations including a skid steer, work vehicle, and levels
  • Cover up to a 200-mile installation radius
  • Participate in a 3-day training program to learn specific build processes

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in pool installation or precision grading and dirt work
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Ability to obtain a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy
  • Access to necessary tools and equipment
  • Strong team management and customer service skills
