Blue World Pools, Inc. is looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for contract work in above-ground pool installations throughout Arkansas. This role offers a steady stream of installations, allowing operators to focus on quality work without the hassle of job competition.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete above-ground pool installations efficiently
  • Ensure quality installations and customer satisfaction
  • Work alongside a reliable full-time helper
  • Utilize necessary heavy equipment for installations
  • Participate in a 3-day on-the-job training program

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in above-ground pool installation or precision grading
  • Ability to manage a crew
  • Experience with heavy equipment operation
  • Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing
  • Knowledge of grading and residential dirt work
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy
