Overview

Blue World Pools, Inc. is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for contract above-ground pool installations in Alabama. This role offers a steady stream of work, allowing skilled operators to focus on quality installations without the hassle of job hunting.

Key responsibilities

  • Install above-ground pools at various locations
  • Perform precision grading and dirt work
  • Complete projects efficiently with high quality
  • Coordinate with a reliable full-time helper
  • Utilize personal equipment to fulfill installation requirements
  • Participate in a 3-day on-the-job training program

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in installing above-ground pools or precision grading
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment such as skid steers or front loaders
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • General liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience in project management and scheduling

What the company offers

  • $1,400 - $1,600 average earnings per daily pool install
  • Sign-On Bonus of $500
  • Earn an additional $500 for every 5 pools installed (up to the first 25 pools)
  • Extra $1,000 per week for completing 5 installs in a week
  • Daily pay immediately after each completed installation
