Overview

Blue World Pools, Inc. is looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for contract above-ground pool installations in Arkansas. The role demands proficiency in above-ground pool installation, precision grading, and a reliable crew, with a consistent flow of work provided by the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete quality above-ground pool installations
  • Manage and coordinate with at least one full-time helper
  • Perform precision grading and dirt work as required
  • Adhere to company standards during installation
  • Ensure timely completion of 20-30 pools per month
  • Participate in a 3-day on-the-job training program

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in above-ground pool installation or precision grading
  • Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing
  • Experience with residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader
  • Knowledge of using transit or laser levels
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • $1,000,000 general liability insurance

  • $500 bonus for every 5 pools installed (up to first 25 pools)
