Overview

Blue World Pools, Inc. is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for contract above-ground pool installations across Arkansas. This role offers a steady stream of work, allowing operators to focus on quality installations without the hassle of chasing jobs or bidding.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete quality installations of above-ground pools
  • Utilize precision grading and dirt work skills
  • Manage a reliable crew and equipment for installations
  • Ensure safety compliance on job sites
  • Participate in a 3-day on-the-job training program

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in pool installation or precision grading
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment such as skid steer/Bobcat and front loader
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • General liability insurance of $1,000,000 or ability to obtain it
  • Access to necessary tools and equipment

What the company offers

  • Average earnings of $1,400 - $1,600 per daily pool install
  • Sign-On Bonus of $500
  • Extra $500 for every 5 pools installed up to 25 pools
  • Additional $1,000 per week for completing 5 installs in a week
  • Daily pay after each completed installation
