Overview

Blue World Pools, Inc. is looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for contract positions focused on the installation of above-ground pools across Arkansas. This role offers a consistent workload without the hassles of bidding or competing for jobs, allowing operators to focus on quality installations and earn steady pay.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete high-quality installations of above-ground pools
  • Work with a reliable, full-time helper
  • Utilize own equipment for installations, including towing vehicles and skid steers
  • Participate in a 3-day on-the-job training program
  • Manage multiple installations, covering up to a 200-mile radius

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in pool installation or precision grading
  • Capability to provide necessary equipment
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • General liability insurance of $1,000,000 or ability to obtain
  • Ability to start immediately and manage a high volume of work

What the company offers

  • Average earnings of $1,400 - $1,600 per daily pool install
  • $500 sign-on bonus
  • $500 bonus for every 5 pools installed (up to first 25 pools)
  • $1,000 additional pay per week for completing 5 installs in a week
  • Daily pay immediately after installations
