Overview

Blue World Pools, Inc. is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for contract positions to handle above-ground pool installations across Alabama. The role is designed for skilled individuals who can handle a high volume of work without the hassles of job bidding or competition.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete quality installations of above-ground pools.
  • Utilize precision grading and residential dirt work skills.
  • Manage installation schedules to complete 20-30 pools per month.
  • Oversee at least one reliable, full-time helper.
  • Participate in a 3-day on-the-job training program.

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading and residential d
  • Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing
  • Experience with residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader and transit or laser level
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • General liability insurance policy of $1,000,000 or ability to obtain one

What the company offers

  • $1,400 - $1,600 per daily pool install
  • Potential to earn up to $30,000 per month
  • $500 Sign-On Bonus
  • $500 bonus for every 5 pools installed (up to the first 25 pools)
  • $1,000 additional payment per week for completing 5 installs in a week
  • Daily pay after completed installations
