Overview

Blue World Pools, Inc. is looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for contract above-ground pool installations in Alabama. This role offers a consistent stream of work, allowing operators to focus on quality installations without the need to seek jobs independently.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete above-ground pool installations across Alabama
  • Manage and supervise a reliable full-time helper
  • Ensure quality and efficiency in installations
  • Participate in a 3-day on-the-job training program
  • Communicate with the company to maintain schedule and job flow

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in installing above-ground pools or precision grading and residential dirt work
  • Access to appropriate equipment like a full-size work vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a laser level
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy or ability to obtain one
  • Willingness to cover a 200-mile installation radius

What the company offers

  • $500 Sign-On Bonus
  • $500 for every 5 pools installed (up to first 25 pools)
  • $1,000 per week for completing 5 installs in a week
  • Daily pay after each installation
  • Opportunities to earn up to $30,000 per month based on installation volume
