Overview

Blue World Pools, Inc. is looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for contract above-ground pool installations across Alabama. This role offers a steady flow of work, allowing operators to focus on quality installations without the hassle of job hunting.

Key responsibilities

  • Install above-ground pools with precision and efficiency
  • Manage and coordinate the installation process with a reliable crew
  • Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers and front loaders
  • Provide high-quality customer service during installations
  • Complete 20-30 pool installations per month

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in above-ground pool installation or precision grading
  • Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing
  • Operational knowledge of skid steer/Bobcat/front loader
  • Ability to use transit or laser level
  • Valid driver's license and general liability insurance
  • Ability to start immediately and work within a 200-mile radius

What the company offers

  • $1,400 - $1,600 per daily pool install
  • Potential to earn up to $30,000 per month
  • $500 Sign-On Bonus
  • $500 bonus for every 5 pools installed (up to first 25 pools)
  • $1,000 additional per week for completing 5 installs in a week
  • Daily pay after every completed installation
