Blue World Pools, Inc. is looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for contract work in above-ground pool installations across Arkansas. This role offers a steady stream of jobs, allowing operators to focus on quality installations without the hassle of competing for work.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete above-ground pool installations efficiently
  • Ensure precision grading and residential dirt work
  • Work with a reliable full-time helper
  • Transport equipment to installation sites
  • Participate in a 3-day on-the-job training program
  • Meet installation targets of 20-30 pools per month

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in above-ground pool installation or precision grading
  • Ability to provide own equipment including a full-size work vehicle and a skid steer/Bobcat
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • General liability insurance of $1,000,000
  • Customer service skills
