Blue World Pools, Inc. is looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to perform contract above-ground pool installations in Arkansas. This role offers a steady volume of work without the need to bid or chase jobs, allowing you to focus on quality installations and earn competitive pay.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete above-ground pool installations across Arkansas
  • Manage a reliable full-time helper during installations
  • Utilize own equipment such as a skid steer, towing vehicle, and laser level
  • Attend a 3-day on-the-job training program
  • Cover installation sites within a 200-mile radius
  • Ensure precision grading and residential dirt work is performed to standard

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience installing above-ground pools or precision grading
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • General liability insurance ($1,000,000) or ability to obtain
  • Experience in residential dirt work

What the company offers

  • $1,400 - $1,600 earnings per daily pool install
  • Potential to earn up to $30,000 per month
  • $500 sign-on bonus
  • $500 bonus for every 5 pools installed (up to first 25 pools)
  • $1,000 additional per week for completing 5 installs
  • Daily pay after each completed installation
