Overview

Blue World Pools, Inc. is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for contract installations of above-ground pools throughout the state of Arkansas. This role offers consistent work without the hassle of bidding or competing for projects, focusing on quality installations and timely compensation.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete quality installations of above-ground pools
  • Work with a reliable full-time helper
  • Utilize personal equipment including a work vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and level
  • Ensure precision grading and effective dirt work
  • Cover a 200-mile installation radius and complete 20-30 pools per month
  • Participate in a 3-day on-the-job training program

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in pool installation or precision grading
  • Ability to access and provide necessary equipment
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • General liability insurance of $1,000,000 or ability to obtain
  • Experience in construction management and heavy equipment operation

What the company offers

  • $1,400 - $1,600 average earnings per daily pool install
  • Potential to earn up to $30,000 per month
  • $500 sign-on bonus
  • $500 bonus for every 5 pools installed (up to 25)
  • $1,000 additional pay for completing 5 installs in a week
  • Immediate payment after each completed installation
