Blue World Pools, Inc. is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for contract positions focused on above-ground pool installations across Alabama. This role guarantees a consistent stream of work, allowing operators to focus on quality installations without the hassle of job hunting.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete above-ground pool installations efficiently and with high quality
  • Work closely with a reliable full-time helper
  • Manage and provide necessary equipment for installations
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Participate in a 3-day on-the-job training program

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in above-ground pool installation or precision grading
  • Skills in heavy equipment operation and construction management
  • Ability to travel within a 200-mile radius for installations
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Full-size work vehicle and residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader

  • $500 Sign-On Bonus
  • $500 bonus for every 5 pools installed (up to first 25 pools)
  • $1,000 bonus per week for completing 5 installs in a week
