Overview

Blue World Pools, Inc. is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for contract above-ground pool installations in Alabama. This role offers a steady stream of work, allowing you to focus on quality installations without competing for jobs. Successful candidates will have a background in grading or pool installation and access to necessary equipment.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete high-quality above-ground pool installations
  • Supervise a crew, including at least one reliable helper
  • Transport and operate heavy equipment effectively
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards
  • Maintain schedules to install 20-30 pools per month

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in above-ground pool installation or precision grading
  • Ability to provide a full-size work vehicle for towing
  • Access to a skid steer/Bobcat/front loader and transit or laser level
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • General liability insurance of $1,000,000 or the ability to obtain it

  • $1,400 - $1,600 average earnings per daily pool install
  • $500 sign-on bonus
  • $500 bonus for every 5 pools installed (up to first 25 pools)
  • $1,000 additional per week for completing 5 installs in a week
