Overview

Blue World Pools, Inc. is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for contract work involving above-ground pool installations across Arkansas. This role offers a consistent stream of work with the expectation of completing high-quality installations and maintaining a busy schedule.

Key responsibilities

  • Install above-ground pools with precision grading and residential dirt work
  • Complete quality installations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage and coordinate with a reliable full-time helper
  • Provide necessary equipment for installations
  • Participate in a 3-day on-the-job training program if qualified
  • Cover installation radius of up to 200 miles, completing 20-30 pools per month

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in installing above-ground pools or precision grading
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment like skid steers, Bobcats, and front loaders
  • Access to a full-size work vehicle for towing
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • General liability insurance of $1,000,000 or the ability to obtain it

  • $1,400 - $1,600 average earnings per daily pool install
  • $500 sign-on bonus
  • $500 bonus for every 5 pools installed (up to first 25 pools)
  • $1,000 additional per week for completing 5 installs in a week
  • Immediate payment after each completed installation
