Overview

Blue World Pools, Inc. is seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Operators on a contract basis for above-ground pool installations throughout Arkansas. This role offers a consistent stream of work, allowing operators to focus on providing quality installations and maximizing their earnings without the hassle of bidding for jobs.

Key responsibilities

  • Install above-ground pools with precision and efficiency
  • Ensure quality installations of 20-30 pools per month
  • Oversee a reliable crew member for assistance
  • Provide own equipment and tools for installations
  • Complete a 3-day on-the-job training program

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in above-ground pool installation or precision grading and dirt work
  • Access to a work vehicle capable of towing and necessary equipment
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • General liability insurance of $1,000,000
  • Ability to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius

What the company offers

  • $1,400 - $1,600 average earnings per pool install
  • Potential to earn up to $30,000 per month
  • $500 sign-on bonus
  • Additional $500 for every 5 pools installed (up to 25 pools)
  • $1,000 extra per week for completing 5 installs in a week
  • Same-day pay after each completed installation
