Overview

Blue World Pools, Inc. is looking for skilled Heavy Equipment Operators for contract work in above-ground pool installations across Indiana. Candidates should have significant experience in either pool installation or precision grading, along with the necessary equipment and crew to ensure consistent and quality installations.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete quality installations of above-ground pools
  • Manage and coordinate with a reliable full-time helper
  • Use personal equipment for installations, including skid steer or front loader
  • Participate in a 3-day on-the-job training program
  • Cover a 200-mile radius for installation services

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in pool installation or precision grading
  • Strong dirt work skills
  • Access to a full-size vehicle for towing
  • Ability to obtain general liability insurance
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance

What the company offers

  • $1,400 - $1,600 earnings per daily pool install
  • $500 Sign-On Bonus
  • $500 for every 5 pools installed (up to first 25 pools)
  • $1,000 additional pay per week for completing 5 installs
  • Daily pay immediately after installation
